Access the City of San Diego’s annual Metro budget, which provides the proposed operating and capital budgets, Functional Allocation-Based (FAB) cost allocations, and estimated financial responsibility for each Participating Agency and the City of San Diego. In accordance with the SARA Agreement, the proposed budget is provided to the Participating Agencies by January 15 of each year and may be revised prior to the start of the fiscal year on July 1.
